Nutrition Pure and Simple Shipping Policy

• Orders called in before 10 am Mountain Time will ship the same day (Monday - Friday)

• Back orders will be shipped within one day of arrival from the vendor.  Shipping will not be charged unless the products are special order items.

• All shipping and handling (by FedEx) to locations in the continental US is $12.75.  Note: Please do not enter a Post Office box number as FedEx does not deliver to these addresses.  We do not ship to any other countries

• New Shipping Information:  Shipments to Hawaii (HI) and Alaska (AK) will use the US Postal Service Priority Mail large box, which ships for $15.50.  We will pack this box with as much product as it will hold.  if your order exceeds one box, we will pack another box and ship both for the same $15.50.  If your order requires 3 or more boxes we will call you for additional charges - $15.50 per box.

• Please call ahead (232-4325) before visiting the store to collect pick-up orders in Pocatello.
