A: When you are logged in to your account, just click on the "Your Account" link in the upper right hand part of the screen. You can view your Account & Contact Information and update your account. This page also has your Address Book, and your Order/Billing History. Click on the order number to view your receipt. Click below the receipt number to re-order the same products.
Q: Does Nutrition Pure and Simple force me into a monthly subscription plan?
A: Never! We realize that some of our competitors, particularly the ones that advertise "free samples, no obligation" on TV ads, are quite abusive about this. They won't even send you the "free sample" without your credit card information - for the very reason that they are going to stick you in a monthly subscription - and you'll have a very hard time getting out of it.
Nutrition Pure and Simple does not do business that way. You order what you want, when you want it, and pay as you go. We don't have any "hidden plans."
Q: How do I know I'm not buying some cheaply formulated product?
Dr. John W. Jones, MD, MPH developed the "protocol" approach to nutritional supplementation, and used them, as well as our products, in his medical practice. Dr. Jones has carefully researched the benefits of each product he formulated. He also insists on obtaining products from a GPM Compliant company. All the raw materials are from American and European sources. They are analyzed for purity and quality. These products are based upon extensive research and positive clinical results.
Q: I have questions about shipping addresses in my account. How do I choose a different shipping address when I check out, and other questions?
All shipping (except to HI and AK) is charged $12.75. When you are ready to check out you will see a drop down list with your shipping addresses. You may choose one that you have previously entered, or easily enter a new one. Please be sure to indicate whether it is being shipped to a residence or commercial address, and provide a phone number so FedEx can call if they have questions. Note: Please do not enter a Post Office box number as FedEx does not deliver to these addresses
We now have shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We will use the US Postal Service Priority Mail large box, which ships for $15.50.
We will pack this box with as much product as it will hold. if your
order exceeds this limitation, we will pack another box. If your order
requires 3 or more boxes we will call you for additional charges - $15
per box.
