Easing the Symptoms of Colds, Coughs and Flu

Essential Oil combinations can be used in a variety of ways to ease the symptoms of colds, coughs and flu. 
  1. Inhalation: Place 5 to 8 drops of the Essential Oil Blend in a bowl of hot water.  Sit comfortably with your face over the vapors with a towel covering your head and the bowl.  Keep your eyes closed while inhaling
  2. Massage: Dilute the Essential Oil Blend in a carrier oil like Almond or Grape.  Massage back and chest.
  3. Massage your Feet: Dilute the Essential Oil Blend as above.  Massage feet.  The oils will be absorbed.
  4. Use in your Bath:  Add a few drops to warm bath water and soak your discomfort away.
  5. Diffusor: Diffuse as often as needed

Alpine:   The combination of Juniper, Pine, Peppermint and Naouli provides an excellent way to ease heady pressures and congestion
Breathe Easy:   Bergamot, Tea tree and Lemon provide immune support.  These oils are anti-infectious and help to decongest.
ImmuBoost Extra:   For relief of colds, flu and asthma symptoms.  the combination of Thyme, Lavender, Eucalyptus and Balsamea is very helpful to ease ENT and pulmonary symptoms.

  • All essential oils and blends must be properly diluted in a suitable carrier before applying to the skin or adding to the bath.
  • For full body massage, add 10 to 20 drops of pure essential oil or blend to 1 oz. of a suitable carrier oil or lotion.
  • For partial body massage, add 20 to 40  drops of pure essential oil or blend to 1 oz. of a suitable vegetable carrier oil or lotion.
  • To your fully drawn bath, add 8 to 10 drops of essential oil blended with 1-2 teaspoons natural bath gel or vegetable oil. Gently stir just before you get in.
